When we started out in photography a few years ago we had no idea what we wanted to do with it. We shot fashion and models only to learn unless they are Cindy Crawford the pay isn’t going to make us a living. Kids…yeah! Parents spend money on kids but we didn’t have kids and chasing someone else’s was definitely more than we were willing to do! Our next venture was weddings and we loved it living in Florida and right as our business started to take hold we hit a bump in the road. A baby bump, we were having a boy! We quickly decided to move back home to Arkansas to be close to family and had to rethink our business plan.
Loving fashion and realizing the wedding market in Arkansas was not as big as Florida we decided to shoot seniors and started a senior model program. WOW! In two years it has exploded to almost 100 senior models and over 40 high schools. Seniors loved that we made their session more about fashion than traditional senior portraits, and we love it because they are almost always up for anything and are willing to put the effort into fashionable wardrobes!
Mackenzie Spence was one of the first shoots for 2013 for our seniors. Very fashionable and accessorizing her outfits, we headed to the rooftop of a downtown building in Little Rock making the perfect location for this young lady! We really loved her personality and she rocked those sunglasses giving her a very unique style!
